The Rotaract Club of Georgetown Central is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Georgetown Central and has been in operation for just over twelve (12) years, having been chartered on April 24th, 1993. Its current membership stands at thirty- two (32) Rotaractors and it meets on the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Saturday of every month at the Guyana Red Cross Society Headquarters, Eve Leary, Kingston, Georgetown.

Rotaract is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30. Rotaract clubs are either community or university based, and they are sponsored by a local Rotary club. This makes them true "partners in service" and key members of the family of Rotary.
